Easy Solar Garland
A string of folded paper stars in varying sizes, glued to twine for a garland that feels like captured sunlight.

Madison Block
January 29, 2026
Crisp pointed stars in four, six, and eight points hang from a length of twine, each one folded from a single square of patterned cardstock and pressed flat into clean geometric shapes. Madison Block walks through the origami folds and shows how a dab of hot glue locks each point into place before stringing them all together. A perfect afternoon project to make with whatever paper you have lying around — old book pages, wrapping paper, or painted scraps all work beautifully.
