What's Included

Assassin's Ascent is an 8-week fitness program where fantasy meets fierce fitness. You'll join hundreds of other women looking to infuse the fun of fantasy into their fitness routines, while building strength, mobility, and consistency.

This isn't just training. It's transformation. It's becoming the weapon — mind, body, and spirit.

A progressive training journey divided into four phases — each designed to challenge your strength, balance, and precision as you rise from novice to master. No guesswork, no burnout. Just clear, cinematic progression.
Train at your own pace, on your own schedule. Every mission in the Assassin's Ascent includes a cinematic follow-along video that guides your form, focus, and flow. Whether you're in your living room or on the go, you'll always have a mentor in your corner and the story unfolding beside you.
You won't walk this path alone. Train alongside others who share your love for fantasy and fierce determination. Swap encouragement, celebrate victories, and forge friendships that last long after the final mission — because even assassins need an ally.
Gain entry into the full Forge community — tutorials, book club, events, and fellow creators who believe fantasy isn't an escape but a way to become more of yourself.
You're not vanishing into the shadows alone. Community prompts and optional check-ins help you stay consistent, celebrate wins, and re-ignite motivation when life gets chaotic.
Every assassin's journey deserves recognition. Earn exclusive rewards for consistency, creativity, and commitment — from digital badges to surprise giveaways within the Forge. Rise through the ranks, leave your mark, and let your dedication be seen.

Welcome to the assassin's guild!

Get ready to step into a world where the imagination of fantasy meets real world fitness

How the journey unfolds

Each phase builds on the last, taking you from foundation to mastery across four stages of assassin training.

01

The Shadow Phase

Foundation & Control

Build core strength, balance, and body awareness. This is where you lay the foundation — learning to move with control and intention before the real intensity begins.

02

The Fire Phase

Strength & Power

Build strength, fire magic (aka endurance), and explosive power. The training intensifies as you push past your comfort zone and discover what you're capable of.

03

The Blade Phase

Precision & Agility

Sharpen agility, coordination, and core refinement. Every movement becomes more intentional, more precise — like a blade finding its edge.

04

The Bloodbound Phase

Endurance & Mastery

Combine all skills — strength, grace, stamina, and presence. This is where everything comes together and you step into your full power.

Assassin's Ascent Fitness Program

This program is for you if…

  • You're a beginner or advanced — you want a program with 3 difficulty levels that adapts to your journey.

I thought I was gonna have a hard time getting into this cause I’ve never really liked working out before I’ve always gotten in my head thinking everyone is laughing at me and that’s made me hate working out as a whole. But I’m having so much fun with this. I couldn’t wait to get off of work today so I could do my work out.

I’m so grateful for last week’s lower back pain! My momentum was slowly fading (I’m soo out of shape, 25 kg overweight, and I have never been in the habit of working out in over 40 years) and so it forced me to exercise for my back’s sake, just to be able to walk and move and be with my little child. I feel so much more energy in my body! I notice my hip is more flexible and can do exercises with more ease. Starting to actually enjoy workouts.. omg THAT is the best part of being here😍

I will finish the Assassins program this week and wow what a wonderful experience it was! In the beginning of the 8 weeks I set my goal to be consistent and finish this Program and to have fun with doing something with my body and feeling like a badass everyday! I had so much fun and pushed me and my squad to our limits! The daily check-ins to get the points for our guilds helped me to stay motivated and finding the time to get my ass up and do the short workout! I loved it so much and it was the first program I had fun with and it wasn’t just working out!😆

Very proud of how far I’ve come, my balance is better than ever, with that I’ve regained my confidence to do things out of my comfort zone, like box jumps, balancing on foot and switch on an elevated obstacle. My head stands and handstands are improving little by little, so do all the other skills. On top of all my body is more toned and my glutes are popping.

This is the FIRST time I’ve ever actually completed a program! I’m so thankful to Charity for creating this program/community and to everyone behind the scenes who makes it happen. There were a few days I missed a workout, but the difference was that I genuinely wanted to come back and keep going — and that made all the difference. Movement can actually be as fun as I always hoped it could be, and now I know I *can* do it. Thank you all so much for this experience. I seriously can’t wait for the next 8-week challenge!

I am so glad I tried this. The competition aspect was helpful, and motivated me on many nights when I usually would have just sat on the couch. It was also some good exposure therapy having to record and take pictures of myself. 😅 I discovered some of my strengths and definitely found areas I want to work on. I realized that if I don't use it, I'll lose it. And I don't want to lose my mobility or health. So I am going to keep working on my strength and flexibility. But it's a relief to realize that I don't have to be perfect. I want to learn more sword skills, and I want to take self-defense classes in the future. I am even more determined to get a sword tattoo now! I loved finding a group of my people, who love fantasy and whimsy and creating. This trial gave me hope for myself, and for the world. I love being an assassin and I feel badass having done some training, even to pretend to be one. Stay shady assassins! ⚔️🥷🖤

I’m proud of myself for sticking with this. I’m proud of my body for keeping up with me and getting stronger. I’ve learned to do things for myself and do more activities that I enjoy and have put to the side. I’ve always been a fantasy nerd and love that I’ve joined a community that embraces that! Thank you all for everything you’ve shown me! My favorite part of all of it was learning the sword skills and combos. I’m definitely going to continue learning and growing in that skill.

All other challenges have been completed and here’s the final one! ⚔️🥷🌿 ⚔️Sword Combo 1🌿 While I am for sure a daggers girly - this quest is about improvements so… while I still have a ton of room for growth, Im pretty proud of how much more natural these movements are looking and feeling with the sword since week one to now. I also started out the Quests with sword combo 1 so it makes sense to end there as well. The sword combos ended up being really challenging for me - somehow I end up with extra arms and the ground is wobbly? I'm really excited to keep training these and the other combos though. There's nothing quite like the feeling of swinging a sword around and I am quite addicted now! 🌿Skill Challenge⚔️ I feel like it may be a bit anticlimactic but the skill that Ive most improved and really am most excited about is splits. I've struggled for a long time with splits and have wanted to improve them for many reasons. It might not look like much but Ive gotten a little over an inch deeper compared to where I started. It's super inspiring for me personally because this was the improvement made in 8 weeks - what's that improvement going to look like in 8 MONTHS with the same consistency? As far as an overall reflection, Assassin Training has deeply inspired me - to move and gain strength and balance, but also to embrace my creativity and to show up in a community to support and cheer on my guildmates and others. Honestly, finding this community has been the biggest win in my life for a minute now. I’m so grateful to have found the Forge and for all the amazing, badass women I’ve been able to meet and get to know. Excited to see what the future holds! 🥰🌿

Well everything is a bit rough, but perseverance is key. What it learned most is that I am more capable than I gave myself credit for. I may have failed every skill challenge but that didn't mean I was stuck at the beginner level of the work puts themselves. I was consistently intermediate and doing better than expected.

Why I made this Program

Movement has always been part of my life. not because I had to, but because I wanted to. From Ninja Warrior to dance and strength training, movement has always felt like play, expression, and freedom.

As life got busier - work, family, shifting seasons - I kept hearing something familiar: this is where people slow down. But I never believed that meant we needed to stop moving with joy or purpose.

What kept me going was not pressure or perfection. It was curiosity, play, and the little wins that come from showing up again and again, even on the hard days.

I made this program for women who want movement that feels energizing, not exhausting. Who want strength that supports real life, not competes with it. Who want workouts that feel joyful, expressive, and empowering, not rigid or punishing.

I also made it for women who want real strength, the kind that unlocks handstands, supports dance, and prepares you for whatever adventure comes next. This isn't a gentle-only program pretending to be fitness. It's serious training wrapped in intention, rhythm, and play.

You'll sweat. You'll shake. You'll also flow and soften and restore.

That's the balance. That's the magic.

You don't need to be "in shape." You don't need to have it all figured out. You just need to show up as you are.

I'll be right there with you.

FAQ

Assassin's Ascent is designed to challenge and empower you at your level. Each workout includes three difficulty tiers — from beginner to advanced — so whether you're just starting your training or already battle-tested, you'll find the right level of challenge.
If you have a medical condition or injury, we always recommend checking with your healthcare professional first to make sure any exercise program is right for you. That said, Assassin's Ascent offers three scalable levels, so you can adapt each workout to your needs and move safely at your own pace.
No problem. All workouts are on-demand, so you can go at your own pace, pause if life happens, and pick back up whenever you're ready.
Most sessions take 30–45 minutes, depending on your pace and level. You can always scale shorter or longer — consistency matters more than perfection.
Minimal gear required! A yoga mat and optional light weights or resistance bands are enough. Some sessions include weapon work (katana, shuriken, daggers) — we share specific recommendations inside the program, and a broomstick or wooden dowel works great as a stand-in.
Expect to feel stronger, more capable, and more confident. The program builds strength, mobility, and balance while helping you reconnect with your body and rediscover the joy of movement — assassin style.
