Real snake shed catches the light behind a glass-smooth pendant topper, every scale visible and almost uncanny — like a fragment pried from a dragon’s hide. Tara Lafferty layers shed (or a printed transparency alternative) over colored cardstock inside a pendant tray, then seals it all with jewelry glue for a clean, glass-like finish. Two build options — simple and layered with a dragon insignia — make it perfect for beginners and seasoned crafters alike.
Materials
- Snake shed (or printed scale pattern on transparent inkjet paper)
- Pendant trays with clear toppers
- Jewelry glue
- Colored cardstock
- Necklace cord (leather cord or ribbon)
- Printable dragon logo (provided in tutorial files)
